Hey All,

I just got a response from the presidents office. We've got the CAPA Symposium reserved from 3PM-8PM on Sunday, March 25.

So we've got the budget, and the space. 

Maybe we need to meet and delegate tasks and decide who will put together the schedule, make posters, table in down commons, etc... shouldn't be much work for each of us if we each take something.

I propose (after an idea by Peter) meeting late, like 9pm tomorrow. Library courtyard would be perfect cause floor is just like zucotti.
