Why isn't this a discrimination issue. Isn't our issue a Civil Rights
issue? Why doesn't the ACLUF.. Or what every agency helps with
discrimination, take our case as a class action or something like
that. I don't have a legal background. Therefore, I am weak on who
should take this on. However, we are not being treated like any other
person that borrows money. We can not file bankruptcy etc.....

So, why can we collectively sue?????? I never understood how our
government could discriminate against us and get away with it?

From what I have seen, "Civil Rights" is a very political issue,
subject to political whims. It's a joke, really. For instance, I
have a mild form of Autism. I am still able to function, just as
everyone else. But, because my minor handicap is considered to be a
"mental thing", I have no rights! I don't have the right to work or
pursue a career. I have no right to "equal opportunity", or equal pay
for equal work. I'm not even protected from "hate crimes". If
anything, violence directed toward me could be called "justifiable",
though, in reality, it is not. Hasn't anyone ever wondered why I am
always so angry, and ready to take-up arms? This has been the story
of my life! And, as for the ACLU, don't even waste your time with
those idiots. They have their own agenda, and it doesn't include any
of us!
