 So how do you get a letter that says when you are reviewed?? I don't see
where you would get that I know they give priority to people who have 7
year reviews as opposed to 3 etc.

 Well, I know that most of the info is on the standard Social Security
printout, which can be obtained at any SS office (takes about 5
minutes, at the window).  Don't remember if it has the time to the
next review.  Never noticed.  But, it is the paperwork accepted by all
other social services.
 
I have written to the D of E, to get more details.  Hopefully, I will
hear-back soon.

You should get another one at each review. But if not, I imagine your local
SSA office should be able to print one for you.
