Django 2.4

If you want to try out the django_24 branch you should get the latest packages from pip and the unstable git branch 2.4 of grappelli (attached)

I'm also redoing a lot of static files and templates with the goal of making everything organized and easier to install and understand. This will certainly result in things breaking.

Next we can take advantage of some features in 2.4 including another way to cache related fields that should help with reports and integrating Selenium. 

Maybe I'll even try to get south to work again (we had issues before with the weird way we deploy production apps)

No idea when this will go live. I was thinking soon, but this is a lot to do.
