I am one person in this country who will not let anyone screw me and get away with it.  They think that Im nobody.  I have already cost them more than the cost of the loan and I am just at the beginning.  When I get done, Citibank will wish they never met me.  I will take this to the Supreme Court if I have to.  I dont even care if I win.  Because I will never pay them a dime.  They are not taking my social security.  Once they even think about it, I will cancel my social security and they will not get a dime.  I fixed my taxes so they will never get money from the IRS.  Once you are diabled you can get the IRS not to collect on your taxes forever.

So no money will ever go to the crooks.  You need to live for yourself and work under the table.

Real jobs do not pay anyway.

Wow you are an amazing woman and I back you all the way.

We need a class action lawsuit which I've tried.  They've taken 230 amonth from my SSDI check now

since 2008 no one knows where the money went and it's on my credit.  I just know that with your determination and vigor

2013 will bring you out of this then everyone will come running to you for advice.

Learn to live.  Start your own business.  Stop feeling sorry for yourself.  At least you have a legit loan.  Mine was illegal from the start.

I have loans from 1994 and they are now 17 ears old. Maybe student
loans don't apply to the 7 year rule. I went from 37,000 to 150,000.00.
They are still coming after me. Nothing I can do.

Anita, are your loans private or government?  You might want to start a
file with the student loan case worker at your Congressman's office.
 Also did you write to the credit agencies and tell them to remove that
loan since they are only supposed to keep things on record for seven
years?
