In a federal lawsuit against Citibank Student Loan Corporation in the Eastern District of New York Federal Court, Citibank has been found liable for Fraud and Breach of Contract on a Federally subsidized Student Loan Consolidation.

 

Attention all Students:  You can take your bank or lender into court.  You do not need a lawyer, you can represent yourself Pro-Se.  There is a Pro-Se office which helps people with the process.

Finally I have vindicated myself and restored my credit.  I do not have to pay back one cent of the loan and, Citibank will be enriching my bank account.

As I have stated before, this is your only option.  The US Department of Education, Ombudsman and other organizations will never help you.  I should have done this 13 years ago.
