Abhyuday,The Social Fest of IIT Bombay, in association with Harvard University’s US-India Initiative is organizing a conference on “Urban Rural Divide -Bridging the Technology gap” on 16th-17th August 2014 at IIT Bombay. This annual international conference named Sammilan aims to unite global youth for social change and works to promote youth led efforts for social development.

This years theme underlies the belief that technology holds the key to bring about inclusive development in our country.These two days would take participants through various aspects of the issue and start the critical process of engaging the youth to build technological solutions to social problems. Speaker sessions, workshops, focused group discussions and case studies in addition to mock competitions would be part of the conference. 

We would like to invite participants from your institution to be a part of 'Sammilan' and join us in our endeavour for grassroot development.
