GraphLab Task 2: Useful Links and Submit sections

Hi all,

Please grab a fresh copy of the GraphLab Instructions, it was brought to my attention that the Useful Links section was missing. For reference this is what was added for TASK2: GraphLab programming:

- Useful links:

- What to submit?

    - Jacobi source code (warp_jacobi.cpp) and Makefile (CMakeLists.txt)

    - Submit the solution obtained for x on Part 2 (3x3 matrix)

    - Output of the run for each Jacobi run

    - Residual per each iteration for each Jacobi run
