NCL will be needed for WRF verification scripts

Hi everyone!

A quick note w.r.t. WRF. To use the verification scripts that will be provided at the competition, you'll want to have NCAR Command Language (NCL version 6.1.2) visualization package installed on your systems.

Download instructions can be found here: http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/#Download . You will need to create an Earth System Grid account before you can download it.

FYI - NCL seems to also be available as an RPM in EPEL distributions: http://mirror.neu.edu.cn/fedora/epel/6/x86_64/
