Hello

Organizational Awards:

Nominations are invited for the institute organizational awards. The various
categories of awards are given below:

1. Roll of Honour (RoH), Citation: Awarded to students of the graduating
batch for exceptional contribution in organizational activities throughout
their stay in the institute.

2. Passing Out Colour (PG): Awarded to students of the graduating batch of
PGs (3 year program or lesser) for notable contribution in organizational
activities throughout their stay in the institute.

3. Colour & Special Mention: Awarded to students who have been exceptional
and notable in their contribution in organizational activities for the
academic year 2012-13.

If a student applies for ROH and does not get it then by default he will
be eligible for Citation (Same with Colour and Special Mention). If a PG
student who has spent less than or equal to 3 years in the institute does
not get ROH or Citation, then he/she will be eligible for Passing Out
Colour (PG) by default.

All nominations should be accompanied by a profile, which should be
written only in the given format. Please note that only contribution
in/for IIT Bombay shall be considered while deciding the award.

awards. The 2 categories of awards are given below:

Journalism Colour and Special Mention: Awarded to students who have been
exceptional and notable in their contribution to journalism in IIT Bombay
throughout the academic year.

All nominations should be accompanied by a profile which should be written
only in the given format. Please note that only contribution in/for IIT
Bombay shall be considered while deciding the award.
