It was a wonderful reunion of our 1969 schoolmates once again on 30/1/11. Thanks to Kunda & Suhas for making all out efforts to make this meet as enjoyable as last time in March 2010. Like the good old schooldays annual picnics, once again I felt   sad in the evening after the meet --"Why did the day go off so fast today?".Why it could not be longer ??"

The first ever entry of the scholar of our class:Bina and her husband Sameer this time for the Meet was a great pleasure and it was wonderful to hearSameer and the silent Bina singing songs from movies during our times !!Both Bina & Sameer are excellent company and as admitted by almost all of us boys that yesterday was the first time in our lives to speak to Bina !!

Jaishree, it was great of you to have made it all the way fm Udipi, travelling 12/13 hours overnight in the Bus. Your company added colour to our meet. Same applies to Hasan , having come all the way fm Baroda. We missed Harish & Krishnadas very much, and their jokes and anecdotes were missing. Similarly for Vinod .

SMS Jokes from Deepak & from the the natural extempore ones from Promod ( as usual) kept all of us in great splits of laughter. , with a small contribution from me, consisting of some naughty sms sent to me by the ever silent Yeshwant !! Ravi sang his  own composed proprietory song: "Saari Raat padte hum, phir bhi number milte kam... ". I have asked him for next time to change the lyrics to match with our age and modern times, eventhough the poem/song may begin with" Saari Raat..etc,etc,..!!

As usual,other then Kunda & Jaishree and Bina (this time) , Ranjana, Sunanda, Nirmala, Husnara were mostly silent.Similarly Suresh Sarwankar and Dr Kaul and Fr. Williams !! Jugal spoke only when required. !

The Meet ended with the same conclusion as last time( with Bina now included) that : Hasan is the one and only accepted  brand ambassador for Best Gentleman of All Times of our Group of 1969. !!

The Meet ended with Fr Williams blessing us all for the future and praying that all should come hale , hearty and healthy for the next Meet, which Kunda has proposed to be held at Ganpatipule!!

Once again Kunda-- thanks for a wonderful arrangement yesterday made by you which we all enjoyed.
