Job Title: Senior Winshuttle Evolve Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Winshuttle Evolve Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to design, implement, and support enterprise data automation and SAP integration solutions using Winshuttle Evolve. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and IT leadership to deliver scalable workflow, forms, and data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Winshuttle Evolve solutions (Forms, Workflow, Foundation, and Composer).
• Design and develop complex business workflows, approval processes, and data validation rules.
• Provide end-to-end expertise in SAP S/4HANA master data domains, including Customer (Sold-to, Bill-to, Ship-to, Payer), Vendor/Business Partner, Material Master, and Finance Master Data.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed functional solution designs.
• Configure, test, and deploy Winshuttle Evolve solutions across non-production and production environments, ensuring quality and stability.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities with business users, capture feedback, prioritize defects, and drive resolution.
• Integrate Winshuttle Evolve with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure roles, security, and access controls aligned with SAP authorization concepts.
• Optimize data upload, mass maintenance, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis for Evolve applications.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to junior consultants.
• Create solution documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in SAP data management and automation solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Winshuttle Evolve (Forms, Workflow, Foundation).
• Strong experience integrating Winshuttle with SAP ECC S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of SAP functional modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, or related).
• Experience with SAP security concepts, roles, and authorization objects.
• Strong SQL, data validation, and business rules configuration experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
