Hi hope all is well. I wanted to communicate the latest information from our 12th Masonic District Association, zoom call in regards to the Beef steak Dinner. This information needs to be passed on to the Worshipful Master and the lodge members ASAP. I will also follow up with a phone call to review with you. However please reach out to me when able. Please see below:
- Beefsteak will be at Philo Lodge 1-14-2021. Social Hour 6pm, Dinner 7pm. Flyers will go out this week.
- Lodges must vote on a $100.00 Tricky tray item. Also promote donations from the members.
- All Tricky Tray items will be collected on 1-12-2021 at our next DLI. WB Robert Gaydosh will be collecting the items.
- Please put the Beef Steak information in your December/January trestle Board!
- Once flyers are sent VIA Email, please display and get a copy to the Brethren.
- We will need two Volunteers from each Lodge to assist with Tricky Tray Tickets,50/50,Greet Guest at the door, and helping clean up at the end of the night. Be ready to give the names at our next DLI on January 12th.
