Brother secretary, I apologize if this reaches you in error, I am working from the 2021 secretary’s list, so please forward to your lodge secretary / master if you are no longer in that position.

Please find enclosed 4 files pertaining to our annual Brother Robert Burns Dinner Dance.

1. Our cover letter with general gala information and hotels in the area.

2. Our flyer with all the contact information about our Burns night.

3. An Ad book contract should you choose to send an ad with a salutation from your Lodge.

4. A dinner reservation form for up to 10 people and please remember this event is open to non masons.

Our Burns gala ball is our one main fundraiser for our charitable endeavors for each year and we respectfully ask if your Lodge could help The Masonic Kilties reach those charitable goals for this year. 

Last year, we sent out $2500 in charitable donations helping Kentucky Grand Lodge hurricane relief, veterans, Rainbow Girls, DeMolay to name a few.

The Masonic Kilties thank you in advance and we look forward to seeing many of the brethren and guest’s on Saturday, January 21st 2023.
