I want to know regarding License of Struts 2 jquery grid Pluging

if i will develop software /website using this pluigin so i need to
purchase license or its freeware ?

because its using jqgrid and its not free.

The Struts2 jQuery Plugin is using an little bit older version which is
released under MIT and GPL licence and is free to use.
