Cod Cores Inc is Hiring OPT Recruiters.

 

Job description:

He/she should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the US IT market. Have to pull the students resume from Job portals, universities, networks and have to talk to them, explain or educate them about careers, goals, objectives.

 

He/she must work from our offshore location Madhapur, Hyderabad

 

Responsibilities:

· Should be able to educate the consultants about careers, goals, objectives

· Great knowledge of various Market Technologies

· Source candidates using Job Boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Free Job Sites etc.

· Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.

· Should be able to get OPT/H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.

· Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in various platforms

· Posting ads on university sites and various job portals.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree

· Strong experience with hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks

· Knowledge of US immigration processes (laws, visa types, documents)

· Experience with giving technical mock interviews with candidates

· Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis

· Effective communication skills both oral and in writing

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

 

Requirement:

· Experienced OPT Recruiters.

· Experience: 1-5 years

· Have to do work from Office (Madhapur, Hyderabad)
