CLUMPP not completing for K>4

I am running CLUMPP on a cluster but I'm struggling to get it to complete for K>4.

I have the following parameters: -c 52 -R 10 -m 1 -w 0 when running the ind file and -c 3-R 10 -m 1 -w 0 when running the pop file produced by Structure Harvester. When I change the algorithm used to 2 or 3 (greedy or large K greedy) I get the following error: "Internal error: REPEATS is not assinged properly. "

Mike -

It looks like your REPEATS are not set correctly in the permutation file. Also, algorithms and 2 and 3 are faster than 1.
