Error in structure harvester.py

While running the code "rnsarma@varun:~/Desktop/Tea_Resequencing_199_genotypes/NGB_analysis/Filtered_SNPs/Structure/Tea_199/10K_100K/Structure_HArvester_py$ structureHarvester.py --dir=/home/rnsarma/Desktop/Tea_Resequencing_199_genotypes/NGB_analysis/Filtered_SNPs/Structure/Tea_199/10K_100K/Results/ --out=/home/rnsarma/Desktop/Tea_Resequencing_199_genotypes/NGB_analysis/Filtered_SNPs/Structure/Tea_199/10K_100/Harvester_results/".  The error message is as "structureHarvester.py: command not found'.

We have structureHarvester.py.  Please suggest and help.

In order to run any python software, you have to first call python.

$python structureHarvester.py

There are other ways, but this is the simplest solution.
