No data after completing a job (Mac OS)

I have downloaded STRUCTURE through the LINUX command line and through just the regular Mac OS download. I have hit some administrator boundaries getting to that point. I had to go through and allow my Mac to download apps from anywhere, in addition to using the "sudo" command when installing from the command file. Once I create a parameter set and input the data I would like to use, I attempt to start a job. The STRUCTURE job log runs very quickly through the iterations (1 million MCMC reps after burnin), yet nothing appears in the black box on the bottom portion of the screen. Once the job is 'finished', no data appears in the Simulation summary. Any ideas on how to fix this?
