start a job

I am trying to "start a job" testing levels of K for my sample data.
Although some attempts to do this are successful, the vast majority of
times I cannot get past the Structure Job Log, which says start job...
but no calculations begin.

I have tried reducing burnin and the number of reps and the number of
iterations, but I cannot do the calculation.

Try this:
Open Structure, create a new project, set parameters and go to "Start
a job".
If Structure bugs, close the program, re-open it and, this time, do
not create a new project again.
Instead, go to "Open Project" (or "Recent Projects") and open the
project you created before.
"Start a Job" from this opened Project and It should work.
At least it has worked for me.

Hello,

several person had this problem.
To solve it, if the job does not start after filling out all the parameters, we just have to:

1) save you project
2) close Structure
3) re-open Structure
4) open the saved project
5) start the job

This is working fine for me this way
