CLUMPAK

I have been trying to use the online platform of CLUMPAK for some days now, but it seems that the server is currently offline.

I send an email to the team (evo...@post.tau.ac.il) but I had no response from them.

Does anybody have the same problem? or knows if there are other online platforms to run the main pipeline?

I am not aware of a pipeline that goes from A through Z, but you could look into:

1. StrAuto http://strauto.popgen.org

2. Structure_Threader (look up website on google).

If you use one or more of these utilities, please cite appropriate publications.

According to the CLUMPAK site (http://clumpak.tau.ac.il/) they have been having server issues at least for the last few days.
As Vikram has stated you can use Structure_threader to draw your plots (you can just feed it the Q-matrix, like you would for CLUMPAK). It is not exactly the same as CLUMPAK, but it should do what you need.
