horizontal bars meaning in bar plot structure results

I think this question maybe a kind of basic one.
Does anyone know what it mean get horizontal colored bars in the
structure barplot results ? Is it can mean no genetic structure ? or
any kind of problem ?

Hi Jac,

You may be looking at population data... Those bars are plotted
horizontally, but the individual bars always show up vertical for me.
