Hi,

I've installed structure in my laptop (windows 7, 64bits). It works
well so, I could run and plot normally. However, when I wanted to save
plots (images) or to save the simulation summary in a text file, an
error message appears:

"Can not write image file: permission denied"

I've tryied as much I could and I couldn't to do this work. Later, I
installed structure in a windows 2000 PC and it was possible saving
whithout problems.

Somebody has an idea about it? Why that happens?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Ives

Have you checked the directory it is trying to save the images, the default directory might be write protected. Check to see if you can save to the home directory or the desktop.

Best regards,
Pall

Thank you Pall;

Unfortunately, this isn't the problem becouse I've already checked it.

I'm still trying to fix it. If I discover any light I'll post here for
user who have the same problem.

I've received a solution for this problem.

The problem is related to win7 permissions where we want to save
images or files. To resolve it, we need to change the permissions, or
just save the images in a USB drive. I've tryed the second one and it
works well.

I thank to Dr. Vincenzo Landi who sent us this hint.
Thanks so much.

Regards.

Hi,
I also met this problem, and I found it can work if you stored the images in the file you run the program previously. For me, I have solved this problem in this way.
