Hi

I have been using PGDSpider to convert between data formats (e.g. structure to baps) it seems really user friendly.

Hi, I would like to know if there's any format converter from a regular sequences matrix (NEXUS, FASTA, PHYLIP or other) to haplotype matrix (as is required in Structure).
It's really easy to do it by hand, but because I need to analyze several matrices, it would be very helpful if I can automatize the process.

Thank you very much!

you can go through

https://sites.google.com/site/softwareforscience/files

where you can get all information regarding conversion of sequence data for STRUCTURE input data. It is very user friendly
