to structure-software
Hi all,
I'm trying to run STRAUTO (on a Mac, Python version 2.7) but somehow it quits when running STRUCTURE. It successfully creates all necessary files (mainparams, extraparams) from input.py, and it has the runstructure and structureCommands files in the same folder. When typing ./runstructure it starts creating the necessary folders and subfolders, but then it doesn't run and gives a zip error ("Nothing to do!") because it is missing the actual output files (please see the detailed output below). Does anybody know what is going on here?
Cheers, Laura

Academic tradition requires you to cite works you base your article on.
When using programs that use GNU Parallel to process data for publication
please cite:
O. Tange (2011): GNU Parallel - The Command-Line Power Tool,
;login: The USENIX Magazine, February 2011:42-47.
This helps funding further development; and it won't cost you a cent.
If you pay 10000 EUR you should feel free to use GNU Parallel without citing.
To silence the citation notice: run 'parallel --bibtex'.
cp: results_f/k*/*_f: No such file or directory
Your structure run has finished.
zip warning: name not matched: harvester_input/*
