Hi all, 

I am learning TreeMix for the first time and was hoping for some recommendations regarding best practices. I read through the manual and some of the online tutorials, but I am still not sure what the nest way is to run the program. How do you un multiple runs per m? Do you have to submit multiple commands? How do you summarize the results to determine the best m? Should we use OptM? How exactly does the bootstrapping and -k parameter work?
