CLUMPP Unable to read value in indfile

Hi,
I am stumped. I have been trying to run CLUMPP, but constantly getting an error " Unable to read value in indfile ''K6.indfile''. Please check the indfile and the value at row 2091 and column 1.
I have 209 individuals, k=6, and I did 10 runs.
I'm attaching the ind and param file.
