The web version of the harvester is experiencing a temporary hiccup, sorry! Please bear with me as I work with the tech staff to get things up and running again. In the meantime, there is a standalone version available here:
That link will not change / go down without some sort of huge disruption (i.e. it's much less likely than for the website to go down for a day or two). And as Vikram pointed out, the harvester went through peer-review and has a citation and everything :)

I may be getting ahead of myself here, but note that Harvester has been described in a peer reviewed publication, and it is also available as a stand alone program. Therefore, whether the website is working or not should not stand in the way of getting the paper published.
