Issues with input files

Hello,

I am currently having issues with two structure input files. The first line isn't reading correctly and I'm getting an error that my first line has too few entries. I know this is a common issue, and I've tried troubleshooting it with no success. Has anyone been able to figure out this problem? I've tried changing the end-line characters to no avail. 

I'm using the following data input parameters:
                  Data Contains Individual Labels
                  Data Contains Population Identifiers
                  Data Contains Row of Marker Names
