Hi David,

If I understand correctly you have dominant marker data. AFAIK, BAPS
accepts data in GENEPOP format. Also look at PGDSpider software which
converts data from and to a multitude of formats.

Hi, David. Recently I am studying data analysis using BAPS and STRUCTURE about SNP. Now I can use  STRUCTURE, but still now, I can not handle the BAPS. So, could you give me a hand? Thank you!
