Does anyone know how to change the position of the migration weight legend in a Treemix plot? It is obscuring portions of my tree in the figure.
Thanks, Alan

Hi Alan,
You can use the "ybar" option to control the y-axis position of the
weight legend in plot_tree(). For example, if you have output files
test*, then running:
plot_tree("test", ybar = 0.3)
will move the weight legend up. The default is 0.1, and the y-axis
ranges from 0 to 1.

Hi I was wondering if either of you could help. If I am simulating my own microsatellite data, can I control the migration lines between my populations, and if so how? I am testing the accuracy of Treemix, how can I produce scatterplots from the output files produced from the tree i.e the covariance matrix, and fitted covariance matrix? I am rather desperate so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and Happy New Year.
