TreeMix Bootstrapping

Hi all,

even if this is not a STRUCTURE-related question, I have seen other posts on TreeMix software.

I am doing some bootstrapping of my data to get confidence values for branch splits in TreeMix.

Does anyone know a quick tool to actually get those confidence values from a list of trees outputted from TreeMix? It seems that it is not a standard format (e.g. phylip).

It can be easily done but just in case someone already knows a software/script for that.
