Help with Structure Harvester stand alone version

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or could provide assistance on using the stand alone version of Structure Harvester. The folder containing my results from Structure is 113MB, so the file is too large to run through the online Harvester program. I tried downloading the stand alone version from the Harvester website, but as I have zero experience with Python I'm not sure what I am supposed to do with the script and my data. I'm currently trying to teach myself Python to see if it helps, but I'm worried I'm still missing something.

I currently have the structureHarvester.py script and the HarvesterCore.py script in a single folder along with a zip file of my Structure results. I'm not sure what to really do from here, but I'm also not sure what the output would be either.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jessica,
Take a look here. It should help you get started. No need to learn Python to use the standalone version of Structure Harvester, just basic command line usage.
