Dear,

I have similar problem than others users. I tried to download the Structure several times and whenever this message appears: "STRUCTURE is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash".

I am using Mac with OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. However, when I use Windows, I don't have this problem.

I run all the analysis using command line, but I would like generate a simple figure using Structure with graphical front end, because it is easier than using CLUMPP and DISTRICT.

I would like report this problem with the STRUCTURE's developers.

Any idea what I need to do to install the STRUCTURE on Mac (OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5)?

For Mac OS Sierrara 10.12.3 users, you have to use teminal

First, open terminal and write: "sudo spctl --master-disable" and hit enter, the access by providing password of your computer, 

Then open STRUCTURE app and choose open, it is done

In case anyone else is still having this problem, my solution was to execute this line in terminal:

sudo spctl --master-disable

I have the same problem.

I have Monterrey 12.4 and I have perform all suggestions of this forum. But nothing. According to the Mac I can download all anywhere applications....but I have always the same message (STRUCTURE is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash).

Have you other suggestions?

Here to report the same issue. Downloaded Structure 2.3.4., running Big Sur 11.7, and having the exact same error. 

Any solutions?
