You can run STRUCTURE at bioportal website (https://www.bioportal.uio.no/).
It’s easy and free! You only need to do a quick registration.

Dear Dr Adam Leao,
Just today, I found your description. The STRUCTURE at bioportal
website seems to convenient to me. I am waiting for a reply of a
registration result from bioportal. I have one question, before using
it, about whether I can analyze AFLP data or not. In 'mainparams file'
at the website, I don't find "RECESSIVEALLELES" parameter, which is
necessary for analyzing a dominant markers, I suppose. Please tell me.
