Sample names shortened

Hello.

First of all - thank you so much for developing and maintaining such an incredible tool! I am able to run it no problem but I encounter an issue downstream when trying to link the results back to my original sample names as they seem to be trimmed.

Here are the names of the samples in the input file to structure:

However, after running structure they appear to be trimmed:

I will re-name the samples to a shorter name and hopefully that fixes the issue but I just want to ask if this an expected property of STRUCTURE and make a comment in case other people come across this issue!
