Good morning, is binary matrix works well in the Structure?
We tried to build a graph using a matrix of 0 and 1 based on ISSR markers. It turns out as if he built it "at random". Our first 2 samples do not have a single band in common with the rest of the samples; the 7th sample is also very different from all others. But the graph shows that they are all the same.
In examples on the Internet, the samples can be very different, but this is impossible to obtain with our matrix.
Could you tell, is this how it builds from matrices, or are we doing something wrong?
