Results empty

Hi, I have a big problem, when I run a job. Structure run normally but all my results are empty. I had try to newly install Structure, but I can't obtain a complete job. Is anyone have an idea what happen and what can I make to solve this big problem. Thanks.

This has happened to me as well. The problem lies in your input file. Please check your Structure file. I think you should put in the first line only the markers'names, nothing else. I think you should also replace yout Pops' names for numbers.

thanks for your response. I didn't think that is my input file. I didn't put a first line with marker name, and I codify my pop with number. I tryed the same file on other machine  and it's run good. I don't understand why on my computer the run failed while before all run were perfect. do you have other idea about what could happen. I'm deseperated, and I have so many analisis to run. Thanks for your help.

Hi!

I am having this issue as well.  I will try messing with my input file but as it was working fine before and now isn't (same issue noted here)- I think a Java update or something like that is not allowing the program to run correctly.  If anyone figures this out and can post the solution  here I would be very grateful as I too have a ton of data to run through Structure and am STUCK.  I've tried re-installing etc.  My next step (besides playing with the input file) is to revert back to an older version of structure -possibly even on an XP machine.

Hello!

Well I was having this same problem. I downloaded the software to many different computers and made sure it wasn't a problem with my input. Today I finally solved this problem that was driving me crazy!

I uninstalled the software, I updated my JAVA (using the link provided in the Software webpage), restarted my computer, re installed Structure, restarted my computer, run a test analysis and voila! It worked!

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else has successfully troubleshot this? I'm very frustrated, since this program was working just fine earlier this year, and now I'm having the same issue with the results being empty. I tried uninstalling Structure and Java, then reinstalling both, and still can't get the results to display. I'm running Windows 10.
