Users with Control access can't Edit/Save Structure Transformations

The Structure documentation states that users who have Control access to a Structure should be able to edit and save Transformations, as described at the following Structure documentation link:

We are running Structure 3.3.3.jira7 and the Structure Owner and Jira Administrator accounts are unable to Edit or Save custom Transformations. We have even attempted to give Control access to a group, and the members of the group are still unable to edit/save Transformations.

Is this feature currently available? Or is it coming in version 3.4 of Structure?

If it is available in version 3.3.3.jira7, can you please advise how we can enable this functionality?

This feature has been recently released with Structure 3.4. It's not available in version 3.3.3.
