Creating sub-tasks in structure automatically

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of a way to add a new item in structure but force the type to be a sub-task of the issue above?

 

This is going to be a much better workflow for our team when entering sub-tasks under user-stories in our backlog.

Hello Andy,

 

Unfortunately, not in the current version, sorry. You can install a sub-tasks synchronizer into the structure (https://wiki.almworks.com/x/lQBg) and manually create the first subtask (by hitting “.” key and using Create Subtask action). When you have the first subtask under a story, you can create another in the structure if you select “Categories: Copy” checkbox.
