SQL Exception during creation of new structure

I installed strructure plugin v-1.0 on jira 4.3.2 wit trial license.
When I try to create a new structure I get following error:

java.sql.SQLException: structure.DM not started

jira uses mysql database, I just installed the plug-in and license and
did not do anything to the mysql database, should I create a structure
database and the tables needed or was the plug-in is expected to do it
during installation ? Where can I find the necessary database creation
scripts if so ?

Could you please tell, how did you install Structure? Did you use
install it from the plugins menu, or manually? Did you restart JIRA
afterwards?

Please try restarting JIRA - if it does not work, there should be some
exceptions in the log during JIRA start; please post them here or send
to sup...@almworks.com

You don't need to create anything in mysql database - Structure uses a
separate database located in your JIRA home directory.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience caused by this problem. Please let
me know if it gets resolved or if you have more information.
