Search feature within structure causing "Aw Snap!" plugin failure

Hey guys, 

Just wondering if anybody else has run into this issue? 

Steps from a structure within JIRA:

1. I open the search feature

2. I input valid search criteria

3. I find/select valid issue to include in the structure from the right side results field

4. I drag and drop the issue into the structure

5. "Aw Snap!" ruins my mojo

I attached a screen grab of the error. When I try the reload page button, the page reloads, but the issue remains in the search results section and not in the structure. I've also tried all the suggested fixes in the link. None of them seemed to help.

This is affecting everyone in my office. It makes it almost impossible to create issues outside of the structure plugin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know what kind of information anybody needs to assist.

We occasionally see Chrome crashing, and hear about it from our customers. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it – this is a problem with Chrome, most likely the V8 JavaScript engine.

 

So, in case you have a persistent Chrome crash, do the following:

 

1.       Upgrade Chrome to the latest version using “About Google Chrome” menu.

2.       If that doesn’t solve the problem, open this address: chrome://crashes

3.       On the latest crash, click “File bug” and send a report to Google team

4.       Switch to another browser and join us in hoping Google will fix it
