Finished the rest of the Markdown files

I've finished the rest of the markdown files for the book. It makes a bit more sense to put them on an organized web page, so that's here:

As always, let me know if you find errors/problems with it. I'll continue to do other platforms as I have time (such as Onyx, Mplus, or SAS).
