Monthly Meeting Update - ADU Roundtable #2Join us at the next Strong Towns Columbus meeting on Tuesday December 2nd, at 6:30 PM at the Northside Library!This month we will be focusing our meeting on the final version of the proposed ADU zoning code update, and the discussion of related barriers. Josh Tomey, owner and principal architect at Sidestreet Studios LLC, will be sitting down with us to discuss his experiences building multiple ADUs, as well as other infill development efforts, right here in Columbus. These discussions will include details of the process, surprises, and tips for local builders. After the meeting, we will be gathering these procedures and tips - along with those from the prevoius roundtable - to create a Columbus-specific ADU “recipe card”.
