New chat rooms for Strongback

We now have two new chat rooms that use the free Gitter service:
The first one is a place where anyone using Strongback can ask questions and work together. The second is for developers working on Strongback and can hopefully replace this mailing list.
These rooms are “persistent chat rooms”, meaning that everyone can see and search the entire history of the chat rooms, so you don’t miss something when your not connected. You can access Gitter from your browser or from Gitter desktop and mobile applications, and it has support for email notifications if you prefer that.
