More updates

Over the past week or so, we've created a number of issues and added several improvements and new minor features. We made enough changes that we should start thinking about another minor (or patch?) release. As we and other people start using Strongback more, we'll continue to have fixes and improvements, and we should be able to provide a stream of releases before kickoff.

We've even added a new repository for examples at https://github.com/strongback/strongback-java-examples, and that repository should serve as a guide for teams that want to set up their own repository to use Strongback and to even use continuous integration. Have a look and let us know what you think.
