Making pickled beets this afternoon. Why do I pick the hottest day to can?
Will bring down some pickled swiss chard stems. A little too spicy, but I was experimenting with the processing time. Anyone that can eat pickled pike should revel with pickled swiss chard.
Bob Perry has asked about Striperhead dates and I tried to lure him in.
