Went on line and saw that the albies have made their appearance in record numbers. 8-11 lbers west of Monomoy. Would love to catch one of them sometime. Lots of large bluefish off Provincetown. They move into the surf often. Also a huge school of large stripers moved along the Orleans/Chatham beach. Disappeared.
Got an email from Rachael Weiter. She is interested in coming down. I told her I would bring gear for her. Not sure where she would camp. I think she sleeps in her car/truck. I am booked. I think Wayne has Bill Jolley on his site.
I am coming down on 13th , staying till Sunday or Monday. Mel comes in on Wedn, I think. The fire department in Randolph burnt this week. I know he is very involved trying to replace equipment and deal with this. Hope it does not change his plans.
I will bring a 10x10’ tent. Probably not going to bother with the big monster unless I hear a major plea.
