i sent support request to atlassian.

it’s time to move the doc to github markdown into a doc dir under ANTLR and ST projects. ugh.  Who wants to help?

let’s sync so we don’t dup efforts.

1. Fork antlr[34] and/or stringtemplate[34]
2. create branch
3. add doc subdir at root
4. go nuts
