Arcadeforge Dual Strike v3 stone dead

Hi, one of my Dual Strikes died. It was working fine the last time it was used. Wont be recognized by my XBOX, or my PC. I never get the "USB-sound".
My other dualstrike in my cabinet works fine, so I can verify that everything else is ok.

I have measured the 5V on the Dualstrike and its fine.

Cant find any info on factory resets or similar tips and tricks. Any pointers? Have already contacted Arcadeforge for suggestions, but then I found this place,
